Brand new for 2022, CCM is revamping their Tacks protective line. Backed by science, Tacks protection has been tested and validated in the renowned CCM lab to ensure quality and functionality. With updates in the design, protection, and comfort aspects, the CCM Tacks AS-V Pro Senior Ice Hockey Pants are designed to offer max protection while enhancing mobility.

Jumping right into the construction of the Tacks AS-V Pro Hockey Pants, CCM has a new max coverage anatomical shield design. ASD puts protection at the forefront, providing ultra-comfort and a customizable fit. ASD is engineered to offer the highest quality protection. Coupled with a flex motion technology for the best fit and comfort in this classic fit hockey pant.

The kidney areas of the Tacks AS-V pro are also well protected thanks to molded-PE caps. These caps provide elite-level impact protection, and a sublimated comfort liner will provide maximum comfort for the player.

Moving around to the back of the Tacks AS-V Pro Hockey Pants, players will find an exposed HD foam spine protector with D30 Aero smart material. This spine protection powered by D30 Aero offers an elite-level reliable shield while redesigned flexmotiion wraparound interior leaves no protection gaps. This seamless transition keeps the hip and tail pads connected for optimal comfort. The D30 smart material will disperse impact force in this highly sensitive area, keeping players protected in any situation.

Just below the spine protection, on both sides, is where you will find the JDP hip caps with D30 Aero. This pro level hip cap construction with D30 Aero smart material disperses impact force away from the hip joints while the unique segmented flexmotion hip pad design increases mobility.

Moving to the thighs, the Tacks AS-V Pro Hockey Pants feature floating molded HD foam caps with PE Foam. This combination provides players with pro level protection and great mobility as well, thanks to the floating aspect of the pads.

The Tacks AS-V Pro Hockey Pants shell is pro cut with premium 400D nylon with high abrasion resistant side panels. A new feature is a pro cut – 1” length in back of the legs and repositioned inner leg zipper to reduce friction during crossovers, for overall improved durability.

To cap everything off, the Tacks AS-V Pro Hockey Pants feature an integrated belt with a stabilized belly pad and 1” length extending zipper. The adjustable built-in belt locks pants in place during play, while the protective belly pad offers more coverage and stays where it should. There is also a practical hidden +1” length extension which is a great for growth spurts or taller players.
